1. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order with Mum’s Treasure, you’re confirming the item’s availability and agreeing to its price. For your convenience, our current payment method is Cash on Delivery. We’ll begin preparing your order for shipment as soon as it’s successfully processed.
2. Shipping
We know you’re excited to receive your little one’s new items! We aim to dispatch orders quickly.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-4 business days.
A fixed shipping cost of $4 is calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, please understand that we cannot control any delays that may occur once your package is in transit.
3. Returns Policy
Need to return something? We’ve made it simple.
Standard Returns
You have 2 calendar days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
New, unused, and unwashed.
In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
To start a return, please contact us at mums@mumstreasure.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect due to our error.
All returned items will be inspected. If they do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Gift Returns: Extended Policy
We know gifts are special, and sometimes a little extra time is needed. That’s why we offer an extended return window for items purchased as gifts.
If you’ve received a gift from our shop and it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days from the original purchase date.
All gift returns must adhere to the same standard conditions outlined in our general return policy (e.g., new, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags).
Shipping costs for gift returns are the responsibility of the recipient, unless the item is defective.
4. No Cancellations & Exchange Policy
Please be aware of these important points before finalizing your purchase:
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to double-check your cart carefully before completing your purchase!
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. If an eligible item is returned according to our Returns Policy, we offer an exchange for another new item.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at mums@mumstreasure.com or reach out on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll promptly work to resolve it for you with a replacement.
